Update for the 1st 3 months of the year

Hallo

Yes I know I've been quiet for a long long long time. Hope you still having a fantabulas year. My year started off great so to put you in the loop I'll give you a summery.

JANUARY
About 22 years ago my mom and dad met an Indian Pastor (Pastor Thomas) and his family and we've been friends ever since. When I was younger we used to visit them at least twice a year, but since I've started working I seen less and less of them. Anyway the 04/01/2008 we went down to Richardsbay as a family (for the 1st time since both my brother John and I are married) and boy did we have a great time. The reason for our visit was to attend the wedding of Denver and Rowena a very admirable couple who both can't speak or hear. Thought out the wedding there was someone doing sign language - what an experience... I must say I was dumbstruck by how self confident and proud they both and are. I wish them all the best with their future and may God bless them richly.
On the 28Th January was Cecil's birthday and on the 29Th January we celebrated our 2ND wedding anniversary I can't believe its already been 2 years. On the Sunday after church we invited a few of our closest friends over for a small celebration.

FEBRUARY
As a act of faith I will include the following in my blog. On the 19Th Cecil and I got good news from my doctor. The 1st little Damons is on the way, because of the bit of bad luck in the past we have decided to keep this very hush-hush. I'm taking it day by day and making sure that I spend as much time resting as I possibly can. I must admit I sometimes get a bit frustrated cause my sweet hubby does not want me to do anything, but I thank God for him (I guess we cannot be to careful) My family is really exited the due date it the 13 September that's on my mommy's birthday so we all awaiting the arrival in great anticipation.

MARCH
Nothing new accept for me being admitted to hospital for a small operation, but so far both baby and I are doing well. I've also been off sick for two weeks so I've been forced to do something that I don't really like doing - STAYING IN BED. Our church also had a Mini Convention and even though I could not sit up or stand for too long I had a great time listening to the messages while laying in the car by tuning in on the radio. We had a Pastor for Trinidad and Tobago preaching for us and I know for me Easter will never be the same again. My highlight was on Good Friday he preached on The Crucifixion from a medical point of view.

That's all for now gota run... Chat to you soon
